• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.

Does Moo Cow offer dairy-free options?

• As our flavors rotate daily, we cannot guarantee a dairy-free option, though we usually stock a dairy-free sorbet. We also offer Savannah Square Pops, featuring a variety of dairy-free, vegan flavors to choose from.

How long are gift certificates valid for?

• At the time of your purchase of a Gift Certificate, we will inform you of any time restrictions that apply.

What else does Moo Cow offer besides plain scooped ice cream?

• We are proud to host a variety of options for those who want to try something different! Moo Cow offers ice cream floats, ice cream sundaes (with your choice of topping, along with hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry on top), Savannah Square Pops (delicious gourmet popsicles made with fresh fruit), and even treats for your pup pals — Moo Cow dog biscuits and Doggie Nicecreams (a frozen honey-bacon yogurt treat in a cup.) We also sell bottled water and canned sodas.

How will I know which flavors are currently available?

• Our flavors at Moo Cow change daily, offering a new experience with each visit. While some flavors are kept more consistently (such as our bestseller, the Salty Turtle!), others are cycled out depending on availability. To ensure our customers know what to expect, we keep a stand-up menu outside with all available flavors listed! If you are craving a specific flavor and want to check before arriving, feel free to give our shop a call at the number provided on our website. Our employees will be happy to let you know what is currently available!

Does Moo Cow sell T-shirts?

• Yes! We offer a variety of shirts in different colors and various ice cream and location-themed designs. Our shirts are perfect for those who want to take home a reminder of their trip to Moo Cow (and Saint Simons Island)!

Does Moo Cow offer a loyalty program?

• Yes. Simply input your phone number at the register when checking out, and you will be automatically enrolled in our loyalty program. We love seeing customers return for more!

What seating is available?

• Moo Cow offers outdoor seating options, including our tables shaded by umbrellas, our brown benches around the shop, and our covered seating area located to the left of the shop exit.

What are Moo Cow’s hours?

• For the summer season (June through early August), Moo Cow is open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
